On March 8, 2022, Ambassador Wei Hongtian attended the Opening Ceremony of China’s (Zhejiang·Ningbo)--Grenada Online Training Course for Auto Maintenance Faculty. 

    Ambassador Wei highlighted the co-sponsors, introduced the education and human resource training cooperation between China and Grenada in recent years and wished the training course a success. He expressed optimism in the development of the people-to-people exchanges between the two countries.

    Senator Victor Philip and PS Gilbert from Ministry of Education expressed their appreciation and welcomed the efforts by the co-sponsors of the event.

    The opening ceremony was live-streamed on GIS Facebook.  

    The training course is co-sponsored by the Foreign Affairs’ Office of the People's Government of Ningbo Municipality, Ningbo University of Technology, Ningbo Yingzhou Vocational School and TAMCC, with the goal of improving the skills of TAMCC trainers and meeting the growing demand for auto maintenance in Grenada.
