On May 27, 2022, Amb. Wei Hongtian met with Amb. Arley Gill, Grenadian Ambassador to CARICOM and Chair of the board of Spicemas Corporation. The two sides exchanged views on the preparation of Carnival 2022, China-Grenadian cooperation and China-Caribbean relations as well. Amb. Gill thanked China for its continuous support to the preparation of Grenadian Carnival, and they agreed on further stepping up cultural cooperation and people-to-people exchange.
